These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tikky. By using our website, devices, or services, you agree to these terms.
1 · Description of the Service
Tikky provides tools that display follower counts for connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business or Creator accounts. Tikky operates in read-only mode and does not publish content or perform actions on your behalf.
Tikky may also allow you to connect a TikTok account via TikTok Login (OAuth) to display permitted account information such as follower count. Tikky does not post content, comment, message, follow, unfollow, or modify your TikTok account.
2 · Eligibility
You must have the authority to connect the Facebook Page or Instagram account you authorize with Tikky. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Tikky complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
If you connect TikTok, you confirm that you own or control the TikTok account being connected and you have the authority to grant Tikky access to the requested data.
3 · User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts.
- You may disconnect your accounts from Tikky at any time.
- You must not use Tikky for unlawful or abusive purposes.
You must not share access tokens or attempt to use Tikky to access data from TikTok accounts you do not own or control. You must not use Tikky to circumvent platform access controls or restrictions.
4 · Data Usage
Tikky accesses only the minimum data required to display follower counts. Details about data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.
4A · TikTok Integration and Permissions
If you choose to connect TikTok, Tikky will redirect you to TikTok to authorize access via OAuth. Tikky requests only the permissions necessary to display the data you choose to show on your Tikky device, such as follower count and other permitted account metrics.
4B · Tokens, Storage, and Revocation
When you connect TikTok, TikTok provides Tikky with an access token (and, if applicable, a refresh token). Tikky stores tokens securely and uses them only to retrieve authorized data needed to provide the service. You may disconnect TikTok at any time to stop future access. You may also revoke access through your TikTok account settings.
4C · Disconnection and Data Deletion
When you disconnect TikTok, Tikky stops requesting TikTok data for that account. You may request deletion of stored connection data, such as tokens and the associated account identifier, by contacting us at tikky.counter@gmail.com.
5 · Service Availability
We strive to keep Tikky available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Refresh timing varies by platform (about 10 seconds for Facebook and Instagram Business accounts, about 20 seconds for other socials, and always under 1 minute when operating normally) and is not guaranteed.
Availability and refresh rates for TikTok data may be affected by TikTok systems, permissions, rate limits, or outages, and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
6 · Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Tikky if these terms are violated or if required by law or platform rules.
7 · Disclaimer
Tikky is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of follower counts, which depend on third-party platforms.
Your use of TikTok features through Tikky is also subject to TikTok’s terms and policies. Tikky is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok.
8 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikky shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9 · Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Tikky after changes means you accept the updated terms.
