30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love **Tikky**. If you’re not completely satisfied you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1 · Eligibility

• Return requested within 30 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
• Device is in good condition – no cracks, deep scratches or water damage.
• All accessories (USB-C cable, quick-start guide, travel pouch) are included in the package.

2 · How to start a return

1. Email noobu.device@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply within one business day with an RMA number and return instructions.
3. Carefully pack Tikky and accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
4. Ship the parcel using any trackable service of your choice.

3 · Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within five business days and send a confirmation email.

4 · Exchanges

If your Tikky arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.

5 · Shipping costs

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty on arrival.
