30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love **Tikky**. If you’re not completely satisfied you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
1 · Eligibility
- Return requested within 30 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date.
- Device is in good condition – no cracks, deep scratches or water damage.
- All accessories (USB-C cable, quick-start guide, travel pouch) are included in the package.
2 · How to start a return
- Email noobu.device@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We’ll reply within one business day with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Carefully pack Tikky and accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the parcel using any trackable service of your choice.
3 · Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within five business days and send a confirmation email.
4 · Exchanges
If your Tikky arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
5 · Shipping costs
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty on arrival.
