1 · Carriers

• Orders shipped outside the European Union are typically sent with DHL Express.
• Orders within the European Union are shipped with DHL Express, UPS, or DPD, depending on the destination and the best available service level.

2 · Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Actual transit times can vary slightly based on destination, customs processing, local holidays, or courier delays.

3 · Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information so you can follow the delivery status with the assigned courier.

4 · Customs, duties, and import fees

For eligible deliveries outside the EU, all import duties, taxes, and tariffs are prepaid at checkout.

This means there are no extra costs due on delivery.
